Doyen New York is a boutique consulting firm founded by two fashion industry insiders and NYU Stern School of Business alumni, bringing together decades of experience at the forefront of global fashion and luxury.
Emily and Martyna bring a rare combination of strategic, analytical thinking and a deep appreciation for the aesthetics that define the fashion and luxury world. Their approach blends quantitative rigor with an intuitive understanding of cultural trends and creative impact - because they believe the most powerful results live at the intersection of both.
MARTYNA is a business consultant with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of fashion, luxury, and culture. She has partnered with an impressive roster of global brands and institutions including Dolce & Gabbana, LVMH, Levi Strauss & Co., The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, bringing strategic vision and deep industry insight to every collaboration.

Previously serving as Global Marketing Director for Carolina Herrera, Martyna currently oversees Marketing and PR for Missoni across the Americas.

She holds an MBA in Fashion and Luxury from NYU Stern School of Business and divides her time between New York City and Budapest.

EMILY has nearly two decades of experience in the fashion industry. After doing stints at Marc Jacobs and Perry Ellis, she launched her own line, SAUNDER, in 2010. She grew the company from a collection of seven dresses to an internationally distributed line featured in the media (Elle, Glamour, The Atlantic), and worn by celebrities (Halle Berry, Kendall Jenner, Kristen Stewart).
While at SAUNDER Emily acted as creative director for the brand as well as oversaw domestic and global operations. Her deep understanding of the industry landscape, coupled with her keen aesthetic eye gives her unique insight into the ever shifting retail industry.
Emily has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, where she focused on luxury marketing and the future of retail. She lives in New York City.
